I love these capsules. I just swallow them with a drink, I've heard of people chewing them. Don't chew it. It's gross. If you're new to edibles or a rookie I would start out with half. And work your way up. I started with 1.5. But if I want to feel like I smoked a whole joint then I take 2 or 2 and 1/2 with a moderate amount of food in my stomach.
