The current technology used for vaping has some inherent issues but they are easy to remedy with a few tricks to keep things running.

Battery Operation On/Off

  • Ensure your battery is turned on; if you have a separate battery, being in the on position seems trivial but it can be the root of some issues; typically clicking the power button 5 times within 2 seconds will turn the battery on and or off; if your battery has a power button, when you push the button typically you will see the button light up.

Both 510 cartridges and Disposable Pens are famous for clogging the air flow and preventing the device from producing vapor; if you draw on the tank as normal and you do not feel air moving through the mouth tube; you likely have a clogged tank; this scenario can happen frequently with THC vapes and even more frequently as the tank approaches empty. To remedy you will need to pull on the vape like sucking a thick milkshake through a straw; draw on the vape in short powerful bursts of at least 5 seconds each; repeat until you hear the clogged airflow clear.
*Note if you have a manual power activation you can preheat the tank by pushing and holding the button in during this process for a few seconds each time; heat will assist in clearing the clogged airway.

  • Although we do our best to ensure your product is top quality; there are some things we can’t see due to the nature of the product / packaging and regulations related to selling cannabis; should you receive defective product, please contact the store asap for assistance.
  • Note please contact us within 7 days of purchase, you will be required to have your product receipt and original packaging; it is required that we have a receipt, we do not have the ability to do a return / refund unless we can isolate the transaction via the receipt #
  • If the defect is related to hardware items; it may be necessary for us to evaluate the device over a 24 hour period to determine the root cause and take appropriate action; items like charging and device failures take some time for us to evaluate.

The AGCO / Cannabis regulations dictate that all orders placed for curbside pickup must be completed in advance of arriving at our store; we are not allowed to open our doors to facilitate order entry; the regulations dictate this to protect our staff and facilitate minimized face to face contact.

We are happy to address defective products; however we ask that you identify defects within 7 days of purchase, retain your purchase receipt and original packaging; these are the items that allow us to facilitate returns.

  • What if I don’t have my receipt? due to the number of transactions that we complete daily it is not possible for us to facilitate a return without a receipt; we must complete all returns / refunds back to the original transaction for reporting purposes.
