How To Enter
You must have an active Spark Rewards account to enter. Each ballot entry redeems the associated number of rewards points. There are two ways to enter:
- Log in to your Rewards profile though our website or on our app and select Rewards underneath your name and points total. Scroll down to the Events & Community section with the tagline Trade your points for Spark rewards. Scroll through the prizes and select which one you’d like to enter to win using the Redeem button. Double check you’ve selected the right prize, hit Continue and you’re entered! There will be a green check mark ✅ beside the prize of your choice confirming your entry was successful.

The Contest prize suppliers are General Admission, Debunk, Olli, Coterie, 1964, Pure Sunfarms, and Tribal (the “Partners”). The Contest entry period (the “Entry Period”) begins on October 1, 2025, at 12:01:01 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:00:00 pm EST. The contest administrator is Spark Rewards (the “Company”).
ELIGIBILITY (a) The Contest is open only to Canadian residents of Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Alberta, who are the provincial legal age. (b) The Contest is not open to employees and/or any person who is, or purports to be, a family member (defined as spouse, dependent for federal income tax purposes, or step- or biological mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son) of, or who resides in the same household as any employee of the Partners or the Company or their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising or promotional agencies. (c) All Entries (defined below) are subject to verification at any time. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Company – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification) to participate in the Contest. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Company in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s).
HOW TO REGISTER AND ENTER (a) The Entry Period begins on October 1, 2025, at 12:01:01 am Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:00:00 pm EST, after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted. (b) No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter the Contest. (c) To enter the Contest, applicant (1) must either visit a participating retail location or log into their Spark Rewards membership profile online or through the app. Member must then redeem the required number of reward points to submit a ballot for the prize of their choice, and (2) must be a Spark Rewards Member. For the purpose of this contest, province of residence will correspond to the province indicated on a piece of valid, government-issued photo I.D. If it is discovered that you have attempted to use more than one email address to enter, or otherwise participate in, the Contest, then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company) you may be disqualified from the Contest and all of your entries are subject to disqualification by the Company. Your entry will be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Company) the entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Entry Period. Use of any automated, script, macro, robotic or other program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in this Contest is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Company. (d) By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules and Regulations and to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. All entries are subject to verification. The Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Company) to participate in the Contest. ADDITIONAL PRIZES
During the Contest Period, two (2) bonus prizes will be available to be won, each consisting of twenty thousand (20,000) Spark Rewards points. To obtain an entry, an eligible participant must successfully refer a new member who completes a valid Spark Rewards membership registration. No purchase or redemption of points is necessary to participate. At the conclusion of the Contest Period, each prize will be awarded by random draw to one (1) eligible Referrer and one (1) eligible Referee.
PRIZE RESTRICTIONS Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value (and without limiting the foregoing, the prize may not be sold or traded), must be taken as offered and cannot be substituted, redeemed, or exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes, except in the Company’s sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. No credit or reimbursement will be provided if prize is not taken. Prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or offers provided by the prize supplier. Winner must be the provincial legal age. No exceptions. Photo I.D. for proof of age may be required. Odds of winning depend on number of accurate entries in accordance with contest rules.
RELEASE: Prior to being declared the winner, the selected entrant will be required to show valid photo ID and sign a declaration of eligibility and release form, releasing the Company and the Partner or any related parties, from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the Prize, confirming compliance with these Contest rules, and consenting to the use of his/hers/their name and photograph, without further notice or compensation, in any publicity carried out by any Partner, the Company, and/or their advertising and promotional agencies. The signed forms must be received by the Company within two (2) days of notification to the entrant that he/she/they has/have been selected as a potential winner or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant that will be selected in accordance with these Contest rules. The winner may be required to sign additional releases upon request by the Partner or the Company.
WINNER SELECTION: On November 5, 2025 in Ontario, a random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the number of completed eligible entries received during the Entry Period. A total of sixteen (16) winners will be selected based on sixteen (16) prizes to giveaway. Province of residence will correspond to province indicated on a piece of valid, government-issued photo I.D.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: A representative of the Partner will notify the potential winner following the draw via e-mail and/or by phone. Prize winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If no response to any such e-mail or telephone inquiry is made within 24 hours of the date on which it was first made, the drawn winner will be deemed to irrevocably forfeit the Prize, and a new winning entry shall be drawn. All decisions of team members of the Company are final. Winner may be required to, and if ever asked, hereby agrees to, complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release. The Winner will be required to, and if ever asked hereby agrees to, provide proof of date of birth, execute a Liability Release and, a Publicity Release, prior to the issuance of travel documents to be awarded the prize.
GENERAL: Void where prohibited by law. Contest subject to all applicable provincial, federal, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and accept decisions of the Company as final in all matters relating to the contest. By entering, all participants permit the Company to use the collected information (first and last name, email, phone number, province, and store location) from the Contest for internal marketing and advertising purposes, including repurposing the entry data as online content. Entrants may not win more than once in a 12-month period.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Company, the Partners, and their supporting partners, employees or contractors are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials, or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Imagery used in promotional materials is not guaranteed to represent the real prize item. Discrepancies may exist between promotional imagery and actual prizes. Winners are responsible for payment of taxes on prizes and for any other expenses relating to the use of prizes. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify any or all of the contests if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of any or all of the contests as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
PRIVACY/USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION. (a) By participating in the Contest, entrant: (i) grants to the Company the right to use his/her/their full name, age, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address and/or any other personal information provided (the “Personal Information”) for the purpose of administering the Contest, including but not limited to contacting and announcing the Winners; (ii) grants to the Company the right to use his/her/their Personal Information for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Contest, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation unless prohibited by law; and (iii) acknowledges that the Company may disclose his/her/their Personal Information to third party agents and service providers of the Company in connection with any of the activities listed in (i) and (ii) above. (b) Where an entrant opts-in online or on a ballot, they consent to the Company’s and any of its corporate affiliate’s use of his/her/their Personal Information to be contacted to (i) promote draws, interactive features and contests similar to the Contest; (ii) promote opportunities to subscribe to the Company’s newsletters or promotional clubs; (iii) be notified about programs, special events and related products or services; and (iv) be entered into other Spark Rewards partner draws and/or contests. (c) The Company will use the entrant’s Personal Information only for identified purposes and protect the entrant’s Personal Information in a manner that is consistent with the Company’s Privacy Policy located on the Spark Marketplace app under Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations are owned by the Company, any prize provider, and/or their affiliates as applicable.
