We do not ship Cannabis Products; all items must be picked up in person with Valid Government Photo I.D.
RETURN POLICY

THE 420 STORE COLLECTIVE PRODUCTS

Returns / Refunds are only granted for Defective Products. If your product is defective you must identify the defect within 7 days from receipt of order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, merchandise must be in original condition, with Purchase Receipt and Original Packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method; we need your receipt to identify your specific transaction; without the receipt we have no method of completing a return or refund. We do not warranty the effects or desired effects of cannabis products; warranty applies to Quality / Condition only.

Please note that sale items are final and may not be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.

REQUESTING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE​

To request a return or exchange, please contact our store directly in person or via Phone 705-289-9333; ensure that you have your receipt number and original packaging, we can’t process a return or refund without a receipt.

*Note if your defect is related to a hardware item; we may request 24 hours to understand the defect and determine corrective action.
